400 g Minced pork with fats

1 teaspoon Ginger juice

1 tablespoons Light soy sauce

1 teaspoon Sugar

1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon Cooking wine

1 tablespoons Egg white

1 tablespoons Corn flour

3 tablespoons Water

1/2 tablespoons Corn oil

30 g Dong Cai


  • Soak Dong cai in water for 15 minutes, wash and squeeze dry. Chop Dong Cai to smaller pieces.
  • Then mix all the ingredients together and put in a plate for steaming, top up with some spring onion, shredded chilli and ginger.
  • Steam at high heat for about 12 minutes.
