Steamed minced pork with dong cai

Preparation
- Soak Dong cai in water for 15 minutes, wash and squeeze dry. Chop Dong Cai to smaller pieces.
- Then mix all the ingredients together and put in a plate for steaming, top up with some spring onion, shredded chilli and ginger.
- Steam at high heat for about 12 minutes.
