Ingredients

• 400 g Minced pork with fats
• 1 teaspoon Ginger juice
• 1 tablespoons Light soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon Sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon Sesame oil
• 1/2 teaspoon Cooking wine
• 1 tablespoons Egg white
• 1 tablespoons Corn flour
• 3 tablespoons Water
• 1/2 tablespoons Corn oil
• 30 g Dong Cai

Preparation

• Soak Dong cai in water for 15 minutes, wash and squeeze dry. Chop Dong Cai to smaller pieces.
• Then mix all the ingredients together and put in a plate for steaming, top up with some spring onion, shredded chilli and ginger.
• Steam at high heat for about 12 minutes.
