Steamed tofu with seaweed & minced pork

Ingredients

Number of serving: 2
1 block silken tofu, drained well

100 g minced pork (marinate with 1/2 tablespoon light soya sauce, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, dash of pepper)

1 sheet seaweed, shredded

1 egg, lightly beaten

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Preparation

  • Mash tofu over a sieve. This will give a smoother and fine texture to the dish.
  • Mix all ingredient together and place in a steaming bowl.
  • Steam over medium heat for 15 minutes.
