1 light box, silken tofu 340 g

60 g chopped / chicken pork

60 g of fish paste

1 teaspoon of each - cornstarch, salt, light soy sauce, oyster sauce and sesame oil

Sugar 1/2 c

2 tbsp Shaoxing wine


1 red pepper - chopped

Spring onions - chopped


  • Season the pork and minced fish paste with corn flour, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame oil.
  • Add in the cold ground and blend well. Put aside for a while.
  • Remove the tofu from the box and gently rinse in running water, dry, place it on a heat-resistant plate.
  • Gently rub salt and pepper on the tofu.
  • Gently spread the pork mixture and fish sesasoned on tofu.
  • Steam to the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
  • Turn off heat and drizzle in the Shaoxing wine and some light soy sauce.
  • Garnish with chopped onions.
  • Serve hot with rice.
