- Season the pork and minced fish paste with corn flour, salt, light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and sesame oil.
- Add in the cold ground and blend well. Put aside for a while.
- Remove the tofu from the box and gently rinse in running water, dry, place it on a heat-resistant plate.
- Gently rub salt and pepper on the tofu.
- Gently spread the pork mixture and fish sesasoned on tofu.
- Steam to the boiling water for about 10 minutes.
- Turn off heat and drizzle in the Shaoxing wine and some light soy sauce.
- Garnish with chopped onions.
- Serve hot with rice.
