Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
400 g cooked, mashed sweet potato

100 g glutinous rice flour (or mochi flour)

400 g condensed milk

200 g coconut milk

4 eggs (beaten)

60 g butter (melted)

Mashed sweet potato

Preparation

  • Mix everything together. Pour into a baking paper lined tray and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 25-30 minutes.
  • If you use a smaller or deeper tin, you will need longer time to bake this.
  • Let cool before you cut. You can keep in the fridge and it still stays soft and delicious.
