Ingredients

Number of serving: 8
500 g tapioca (finely grated)

300 g condensed milk

200 g coconut milk

3 eggs (beaten)

60 g butter (melted)

1/2 cup brown sugar

1/8 teaspoon salt

Preparation

  • All mixed and ready to be baked.
  • Put everything together into a mixing bowl and mix well.
  • Pour into a baking tin lined with baking paper and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for about 40 minutes.
  • The time depends on the size of the tin used. Let cool before cutting.
