Moist condensed milk cake
A simple and moist cake to enjoy as a delightful snack any time of the day!
Ingredients
Materials
- 22x11 cm loaf pan
- mixing bowl
- oven
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the eggs with the sweetened condensed milk. It may take a little while due to the thick consistency of the condensed milk.
Then add the melted butter, followed by the flour and baking powder, and mix until the batter is smooth.
Bake for 50 minutes at 320°F (160°C). Check for doneness by inserting a knife: the blade should come out clean and dry.
And there you have it, your condensed milk cake is ready!
Observations
How can I tell if my cake is done?
Insert a knife in the center; the blade should come out clean and dry.
If your cake is undercooked, a hole may form, causing your dessert to collapse.
Can I add flavoring?
We offer our basic recipe, but feel free to add flavors you like: vanilla, lemon, or orange blossom.

I forgot the ranking. Sorry.
I used sunfloweroil instead of butter.
Very easy. Important to whip eggs and milk to help later with rise. Also, sift flour with baking powder before adding to egg, milk and butter mixture...will also help rise. Finally, add 1/2 T vanilla to enhance flavor. 40 mins baking time is enough to avoid dryness. Great basic recipe.
I baked this today with much success! I have a new food processor so I mixed everthing together in there without any problem. The batter was smooth as suggested.
I found that 50 mins in my oven might've been too long. The sides and bottom were beginning to burn slightly and the cake came out a teeny tiny bit dry. Next time I'll try 45 mins and maybe even 40 mins. Besides this the texture was perfect! The recipe is super easy to follow and even the most novice baker (like me) could do it
Do you mean sweetened condensed, such as Eagle Brand, or regular condensed milk?
Really read the recipe because I haven’t put it in my oven yet, but there’s no mention of which size of dish to use. This is important information
