- Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
- Melt the butter, honey and sugar together over a low heat.
- Remove from the heat and add the flour.
- Drop a teaspoon of the mixture onto a silicone baking mat: allow plenty of space as the mixture will spread. Four teaspoons per mat is enough.
- Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Leave for a minute or two to firm up and then shape as required.
