60g butter

3 tablespoons honey

3 tablespoons sugar

45g gluten free flour


  • Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
  • Melt the butter, honey and sugar together over a low heat.
  • Remove from the heat and add the flour.
  • Drop a teaspoon of the mixture onto a silicone baking mat: allow plenty of space as the mixture will spread. Four teaspoons per mat is enough.
  • Bake for 5-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  • Leave for a minute or two to firm up and then shape as required.
