Honey star cookies

Ingredients

• 140g Butter (unsalted)
• 70g Caster sugar
• 170g Self raising flour
• 1/4tsp Bicarbonate of soda
• 60g Nestum cereal

Garnishing:

• 1 small pack Nestum Honey Stars

Preparation

• Beat butter & caster sugar until creamy.
• Add in sifted flour, soda & nestum, mix until just combined to form a dough.
• Roll the dough into ball shapes. Flatten it and garnish with honey star.
• Bake in preheated oven at 170 deg C for 20 minutes.
