    Brush the melted butter on the pastry sheets.

Can we freeze feta saganaki?
Yes you can pre-cook them and then store them in an airtight container. Freeze them before putting honey on them, put them back in the oven before covering them with honey and enjoying them hot.

Can we use an other cheese to make feta saganaki?
Feta saganaki are normally made with feta cheese, but if you wish you can replace it with another cheese such as goat cheese for example!

What to serve with feta saganaki?
You can serve the feta saganaki with a salad for example.

Can I replace the butter with olive oil?
