When oil heated, saute the onions to soften (about 3 mins). Add the blended chillies, garlic and ginger. Fry until the oil floats. Put in the clams/lala as well as the oyster sauce, dark sauce, honey and salt to taste (add salt sparingly as oyster and soy sauce are also salty) Mix and stir all the ingredients. Cook until the clams opens up. By now there will be ample gravy inside. To thicken, pour the diluted corn flour inside. At the same time, add also the spring onions. Mix and once the gravy has thicken, remove from heat.
