Moroccan style quails with honey

Pairing poultry with honey is quite usual tradition for South Mediterranean countries. Quails with honey are easy to cook and quick dish.

Ingredients

Number of serving: 1
3 pieces Quails

2 tea spoons Honey

2 table spoons Olive oil

Sea salt to taste

Black pepper to taste

Dry ginger powder to taste

Preparation

  • Cut down tips of wings.
  • Make a cut along bird's back.
  • Turn the quail out.
  • Cover it with cling film and press with a hand. Add salt. Add pepper.
  • Pour with olive oil. Add Dry ginger powder. Add honey.
  • Slightly trample the quail down. Cook it for 10-15 minutes.
