Honey halloumi grilled with air fryer

Preparation
- Cut the halloumi into slices about 1cm thick.
- Remove as much liquid as possible from the halloumi slices using absorbent paper.
- Place halloumi slices in Air Fryer tray with parchment paper. Spray the cheese with olive oil, then add the honey and herbes de Provence.
Bake for 10 minutes at 390°F/200°C in "Air Fry" mode, turning over halfway through cooking. - And now your grilled halloumi slices are ready!

ou can store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 1-2 days. To reheat, use the Air Fryer or a frying pan over medium heat until hot and slightly crisp again. Avoid the microwave, as it can make the cheese rubbery.
