Halloumi pan-fried sweet and sour with honey and rosemary

Preparation
- Cut the halloumi into slices.
- Dry the slices with paper towels.
- Drizzle olive oil into a frying pan over medium-high heat and, when hot, place the halloumi slices in it.
- Cook for about 3 minutes on each side, turning over when golden brown.
- Pour a little honey over the toasted slices, then season with salt, pepper and rosemary. Turn over one last time, then remove from heat.
- And now it's ready!

They can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 days. Reheat them gently in a frying pan or Air Fryer to restore their crispy texture.
