6 cups quick cooking oats

1/2 cup maple sugar

3/4 wheat germ

1/2 cup shredded coconut

1/2 cup sesame seeds

1 cup raisins

1/2 cup safflower oil

1/3 cup maple syrup

1 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • So spread the oats on a sheet pan and bake for 10 minutes in a 350 degree oven.
  • Then remove the oats and mix them with the other ingredients in a large bowl.
  • Spread the mixture evenly divided between two sheet pans and bake for 10 minutes, stirring at 5 minute mark.
  • Let the granola cool and then break and store in an air tight container.
