- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9x13 inch baking.
Combine flour, baking powder and salt in medium bowl. - Melt butter in large saucepan over low heat; remove from heat.
- Alternatively, the butter may be melted in a bowl in the microwave.
- Stir the sugar into the melted butter until dissolved.
- Whisk quickly in the eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour mixture until just incorporated.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan.
- Pour the raspberry jam over the dough.
- Stir the jam through the dough with a knife to create a marbled effect.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
