Recipe from leftover Roti, ingredients: 6-7 Leftover roti, Buttermilk 300ml 2 tbsp oil 1 cup water 1 tsp mustard seeds 1 tsp red chili powder 1 tsp asafetida (hing) Some green coriander leaves for garnishing

  • Add oil in one vassle, mustard seeds,asafoiteda (hing)
  • Add Water and add Turmaric Powder, Red chili
    Powder, Salt cook with the lead up to water come to nearest to boil
  • Add butter milk this point of time buttermilk has not so soure if it so add some more water, and lesser the buttermilk quantity,cook up to boil comes
  • Add Roti pices when mixtrue com to boil, cook it for 3 minute and off the flam garnish with coreander
  • Ready to serve

not to over cook once you add Roti/chapaties in mixture other wise it wil loosen and roti gets melt in mixture
