- Add oil in one vassle, mustard seeds,asafoiteda (hing)
- Add Water and add Turmaric Powder, Red chili
Powder, Salt cook with the lead up to water come to nearest to boil - Add butter milk this point of time buttermilk has not so soure if it so add some more water, and lesser the buttermilk quantity,cook up to boil comes
- Add Roti pices when mixtrue com to boil, cook it for 3 minute and off the flam garnish with coreander
- Ready to serve
Observations
not to over cook once you add Roti/chapaties in mixture other wise it wil loosen and roti gets melt in mixture
