Rotli Nu Shak, Vaghareli Rotli
Recipe from leftover Roti, ingredients:
6-7 Leftover roti,
Buttermilk 300ml
2 tbsp oil
1 cup water
1 tsp mustard seeds
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp asafetida (hing)
Some green coriander leaves for garnishing
Preparation
Add oil in one vassle, mustard seeds,asafoiteda (hing)
Add Water and add Turmaric Powder, Red chili Powder, Salt cook with the lead up to water come to nearest to boil
Add butter milk this point of time buttermilk has not so soure if it so add some more water, and lesser the buttermilk quantity,cook up to boil comes
Add Roti pices when mixtrue com to boil, cook it for 3 minute and off the flam garnish with coreander
Ready to serve
Observations: not to over cook once you add Roti/chapaties in mixture other wise it wil loosen and roti gets melt in mixture
