#1709 - Cranstrawberry Relish
(by Shirley McNevich) 1lb. fresh cranberries (rinsed) 1 orange (peeled and cut into bite sized pieces--remove any seeds and large pulp) 1 lemon (peeled and cut into bite sized pieces--remove any seeds and large pulp) 1 cup white sugar 1 pint fresh strawberries (washed, de-stemmed and sliced in half) In a food processor add cranberries, orange pieces, lemon pieces, white sugar and halved strawberries--process until pureed. Taste--if too sour add a little more white sugar. You can use a blender instead of a food processor if you do small amounts of the ingredients at a time. Place in a serving bowl and refrigerate until cold.
