Chicken curry with coconut milk - video recipe !
What's best to make your tastes travel than a chicken curry, with the sweetness of coconut milk?

- In a bowl, put the chicken, previously cut in pieces. Grate garlic and add it to the chicken, with curry and the juice of the half lemon. Stir and leave to marinate.
- In a blender, put onions, yellow pepper, carrots and chives et mix together to get a paste.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a pan, then add the vegetables paste. Cook for 10 minutes so the water can evaporate.
- Then add concentrated tomato paste, ginger, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir. You can add a teaspoon of sugar to sweetened your mix a little bit.
- Then add the marinated chicken and let it cook.
- Once the chicken is cooked, pour the coconut milk and stir it well .
- Leave on the heat to thicken.
- Serve with rice. Your chicken curry is ready ! Enjoy !
