15 repetition plan

By (Visit website)

This week I did 15 repetitions of all exercises.  The weight wasn’t decreased and, during certain exercises I increased it a bit.  Today was shoulders.  5 mile treadmill run. 30 minutes of shoulders and abs. 36 min. jog with Shane.

Pre workout VPX shake.  Breakfast was 1/3 cup Silver Palate Thick and Rough oats + cinnamon + 1/2 peeled and chopped pear. I sprinkled a little natural stevia on the oats after.  Must be feeling sugary today.  Fruit = 1/2 grapefruit. Shake was a FUZE shake with 2 strawberries, made with 1 scoop VPX.

I opened the large container of Stonyfield Organic Plain F/F yogurt last night for Shane. He likes 1 TBS yogurt + 1 TBS natural peanut butter mixed with crushed ice.  That’s his dessert. Healthy dog.

Since I opened that container, now I better use it so today’s mid morning snack is about 6 oz the SF Yogurt plus 3 oz GoLean Kashi Cereal.  A slight change from my usual nuts and raisin add in.

I checked on my Turtle Chex Mix bar last night and … WHOOPS!  It was missing! Hey!  The only possible culprits could be Shane or Ted. Shane has yet to leap up on the kitchen island to steal food, that leaves Ted.  He fessed up to the pilfering but said it was a bit too sweet. Ok, in that case, he’s forgiven.

I’ll leave you with the following did you know… In 1972, the Apollo 17 landed on the moon.  Have a stellar day!
