BABY CORN MANCHURIYAN
Baby corn-20gms(small pieces) Refined flour/Maida = 3tbsp Corn flour = 3tbsp Kashmiri red chilly powder = 1tsp Ginger garlic paste = 2tsp Onion (chopped) = 1cup Red or green capsicum (chopped) = 1/2cup Green chilies = 3 Tomato sauce = 4tbsp Chilly sauce=1tsp Soya sauce = 1tsp spring onion =1 Oil = to deep fry Salt to taste Preparation: 1.Make a slightly thick batter with corn flour and refined flour dissolved in water, add a tsp of the ginger garlic paste,1/2tsp red chilly powder & salt 2.Coat the baby corn pieces with the batter and then deep fry till it turns golden brown 3.Add 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste and fry till light brown Add the onions ,slit green chilies and capsicum and sauté till onions turn translucent and shiny(do not brown the onions) 4.Add 1/2tsp red chilly powder ,chopped spring onion ,tomato sauce , Soya sauce &chill sauce 5.Add, 1tbsp corn flour dissolved in 1/2 cup water Add the fried baby corn(If you would like the Babycorn Manchurian with a little gravy ,you can add some more corn flour dissolved in water)s and mix well. related searches : Baby
