Meat , 1 kg

Golden fried onions , 250 g

Garlic ,garlic paste , 40 g

Red chilli powder , 15 g

Coriander powder,30 g

Ghee , 100 g

Salt to taste

Garam masala powder,15 g

Curd , 100 g

Fresh tomato puree, 150 g


  • Heat ghee in a wide kadai and fry the onions until brown and removed from the heat. Keep aside.
  • Add ginger ,garlic paste and saute for till raw smell goes.
  • Add meat , salt to taste,curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and tomato puree.
  • Cook till oil separates. Powder the golden brown onions and add into the meat mixture.
