Preparation

Heat ghee in a wide kadai and fry the onions until brown and removed from the heat. Keep aside.

Add ginger ,garlic paste and saute for till raw smell goes.

Add meat , salt to taste,curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and tomato puree.

Cook till oil separates. Powder the golden brown onions and add into the meat mixture.
