Bacon Egg Bake
Sometimes on the weekend, the family gets a home cooked breakfast (instead of cereal or pop tarts!!). This morning I planned on making an egg bake. I haven't had one or made one in years. This was a quick and easy breakfast. You can make this with whatever meats or veggies of your liking and it'll turn out great! Simple and easy to do. 6 eggs 1 cup milk 1 cup Bisquick 1 lb bacon (cooked and crumbled - cut in pieces) 8 pieces cooked round sausage - cut in chunks garlic salt, pepper, Mrs. Dash, orgeno (all to taste) 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese If the family liked onions and mushrooms I would have added those too. But since they don't!!! After cooking the bacon and sausage, cut up and place in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Mix the eggs, bisquick, milk and seasoning in a bowl and pour over meat mixture.
