BEANS KOOTU Beans which is cut and cooked with dal. Adding few masala and serving hot Cuisine : Indian Preparation time : 10 mins Cooking time : 20 mins Course : Side Dish Main Ingredients : Beans and Dal Ingredients : Beans - Cut 2 cups Thuvar dal - 1 cup cooked Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp Turmeric powder - 1 tsp Coconut - grated 1/2 cup Salt - 1 tsp Seasoning - 1 tbsp Preparation : Pressure cook Thuvar dal and keep it aside.Wash the beans and cut it.In a pan, add oil and then the seasoning.Add the beans, cook by closing with a lid.Now add the cooked thuvar dal , chilli powder and turmeric.Add coconut and serve it hot.Serve it hot with chapathi or rice.
