Beef Ragout on Polenta
Ingredients 1 chopped onion 1 green bell pepper, chopped 1 red pepper, chopped 2 lb carrots, chopped 2 lb beef stew meat 1/2 teaspoon coarsley ground black pepper 1 14oz jar tomato pasta sauce cheesy polenta (recipe follows) Preparation 1n 6 quart slow cooker, layer onion, peppers, carrots, beef, pepper & pasta sauce.
