Beetroot Omelette

At first I named this recipe as Fried Egg With Beetroot. After much thought, I have renamed it to Beetroot Omelette, sounds nicer and lovely. I only got to know about this Beetroot vegetable when I was in my teens, when someone introduced beetroot to my mom to use it in making soup. I have not tasted it before when I was a toddler. So, I would not considered beetroot as my favorite, which
