Berhalasu / Palpanas /Kadgi/Bhajichi Panas...Deep Fried and Awards
Berhalasu is also known as breadfruit. A variety of dishes can be made with it. Berhalasu with coconut and sprouted moong makes a tasty randayi. Ingredients: half berhalsu 3/4 cup bengal gram flour(besan) 1/4 cup rice flour 2 tsp. chilli powder 1/4 tsp garam masala(optional) salt to taste water oil for frying Method: Peel and seperate rind from berhalasu. Cut it into half inch thick slices. Combine together all the ingredients. Mix well,and adjust water for the consistency. Take the slice one by one and deep fry in oil Serve hot with sauce, ketchup or chutney.
