Braised Pork and Mushroom Sauce
When I saw Shirley's Braised Pork and Mushroom sauce, I immediately fell in love with it. It was black and saucey and I could almost feel the juicyness melting in my mouth just by looking at it. However, I didn't make this sauce to go with rice. I made it as Zha Jiang Mian Sauce and served with noodles and blanched bok choy. It was so yummy and I guess this is one thing that every Chinese cook should know.
