Purple/Red Cabbage Paneer Paratha Recipe


By now regular readers would be aware of my love for parathas. Trust me – the variations abound still and many more will find their way into this site soon. That’s the versatility of such recipes. While I have always used regular cabbage (the green colored one) for this recipe, the last time I went to the market I found these fresh Purple/Red Cabbages.  I had one small chunk of paneer slab lurking in the fridge waiting to be used and I thought why not do my regular paratha but with this colorful cabbage instead. Looks a beaut isn’t it?
