Simone Abravanel nos recomenda o Chardonnay da Bodega Catena Zapata: “Achei um vinho interesssante e me surpreendeu…tomei no Acqua, um restaurante do litoral norte, achei a cara do verão. “


Na opinião da Wine Spectator este é realmente um vinho de aroma sedutor, com sabores de abacaxi e ameixa amarela. Tem um suave sabor de avelã tostada e uma longo e excelente acabamento. Envelhece por 9 meses em barricas de carvalho. Esta safra foi a melhor da série com 92 pontos WS.
