Pomegranate spritz, the cocktail in a christmas bauble!

- Heat a large sauce pan or pot on medium high heat. Add pear and Pom juice.
- Then add sugar; stir until the sugar melts.
- Add wine. Bring it to simmer for about 25 mins or until pear is tender.
- Remove from heat; mash with potato masher just to break pear apart.
- Add pomegranate seeds and butter. Bring it boil.
- Stir fruit pectin and return the mixture to boil. Cook for another minute.
- Stirring constantly. Remove from heat. Stir in rosemary.
- Cool at room temperature.
- Pour into a sterilized jar. Close the lids and process finished jars in a hot bath to seal it.
