Chamadumpa egg pulusu
We need: Chamadumpalu 1/2 pound Eggs 4 Tamrind pulp 3sps Onions choppes 1/2 cup Green chillies 2 Curry leaves 4 Haldi 1/4 sp Chilli powder 1sp Sugar or Jaggery 1sp Salt to taste Oil 1/2 cup Mustard seeds 1/2sp Cilantro 1/2 cup choppes Method: Boil egg and remove shells. Mark 2 or 3 scratches on eggs so that they wont popup when u cook. Peal the skin of chamadumpalu and cut into small pieces. In a pan heat oil and add mustard seeds. When they crackle add onions, slit green chillies and curry leaves. Saute for 2 mits and add haldi and chamadumpa pieces. Stir for few mits and add Boiled eggs. Now add chilli powder, sugar, tamrind pulp and 1 cup water. Cook on medium with lid on till dumpalu are soften. Remove and Garnish with cilantro. Serve with hot rice. related searches : Chamadumpa
