1 pk frozen California blend vegetables or fresh broccoli, cauliflower and carrots cut into bite size portions

1 cup ground lean turkey


1/2 cup roma tomato

minced garlic

1/4 cup onion, chopped

1 tbsp olive oil or oil of your choice


  • Steam or defrost vegetables, then drain.
  • In a preheated skillet, pour oil, add the garlic, then onion, tomatoes in high heat, stir constantly.
  • Add the ground turkey meat. Cook until brown. Season meat with salt, stir and cover for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir until everything is well mixed. If it is too dry, add a little water. Season with salt and pepper.
