- Steam or defrost vegetables, then drain.
- In a preheated skillet, pour oil, add the garlic, then onion, tomatoes in high heat, stir constantly.
- Add the ground turkey meat. Cook until brown. Season meat with salt, stir and cover for 4 minutes on medium heat. Add the vegetables and stir until everything is well mixed. If it is too dry, add a little water. Season with salt and pepper.
