Ingredients

• 10 pieces of chicken wings, cut the lower part
• ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
• 2 teaspoons of ground black pepper
• Salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1 teaspoon of chili powder
• 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce
• 1 tablespoon of tomato sauce
• 200 ml water
• Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation

• Mix garlic powder, black pepper, salt, sugar, chili powder, oyster sauce and tomato sauce in water
  Marinade the chicken with the mixture for 30 minutes
  Cook on medium heat until the chicken is done and the marinade is dried up
  Heat the vegetable oil in a wok and deep fry the chicken for a few minutes
