Chapathi with fresh methi leaves
Ingredients:- Wheat flour- 1 cup Fresh methi leaves- 1 cup(only leaves) Salt to taste Oil-2 tbsp Chilli powder- 1/4 tbsp Turmeric- 1/4 tbsp Zeera- 1/2 tbsp Water- 1 cup Procedure:- 1-First clean the methi leaves properly and fry then in a frying pan by adding little oil and sprinkle a pinch of salt and fry properly so the bitter of leaves will reduce. 2-Now take a bowl add wheat flour,oil , salt, turmeric, chilli powder and the fried m,ethi leaves and miv well by adding water little by little to form a soft knead. 3-Now separate the knead into equal small bolls and roll them by rolling pin in round shape and keep aside. 4-Now take a frying pan and fry the chapathis on both the sides by spreading little oil until they appear in golden colour. 5-Ready to eat serve with curd and any pickle mixed in a bowl together or with any curry. related searches : Chapathi
