- Heat ghee in a pot and add the cumin seeds. When they splutter, add the tomatoes, salt, coriander powder and cumin powder.
- Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the potatoes along with 3-4 tablespoons. water.
- Cover and cook till potatoes are soft.
- Stir couple of times in between to prevent potatoes from sticking to bottom.
- Add coriander leaves and lemon juice. Mix and serve
