Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
Boiled potatoes 500 gms

Paneer, grated 200 gms

- Sendha Namak as per taste

Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon.

Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon.

vrat chawal flour 2 tablespoons.

Oil for frying

Preparation

  • Peel boiled potatoes and mash finely.
  • Add grated paneer, salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and rice flour to it and mix well.
  • Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion into your desired shape.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the cutlets till golden brown and crisp.
  • Serve hot.
