Chat pata Kala chana keema
1/2 kg Minced meat 250 gm Boiled black chickpeas 2 tbsp Mango powder 1-1/2 tbsp Red chili powder 1 tsp Turmeric powder 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Black pepper powder 1 tbsp Ginger garlic powder1 tsp Fenugreek leaves 2-3 Diced tomatoes 2 Chopped onions 1 cup Tamarind paste 1 bunch Chopped coriander 5-6 Green chilies ½ cup Oil Salt as required
Directions Heat oil in a pan and fry the onions. Add the ginger garlic paste, minced meat, salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder. Fry the ingredients well.Heat oil in a separate pan and add the chickpeas. Then add the fenugreek leaves, black pepper, mango powder, tamarind paste, chopped coriander and green chilies.Fry for 2?3 minutes then add the prepared minced meat mixture and cook for 3-5 minutes.Dish out and before serving mix in the diced tomatoes. related searches : Chat
