- For the Nimkis:
Make a soft dough by mixing the refined flour, oil and salt. Roll out thin rotis. Cut into tiny nimkis. Fry and keep aside. - For Chaat:
Mix all the ingredients properly in perfect proportion with Nimki. Decorate with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
