Ingredients

For the Nimkis:

• 100 g refined flour
• 2 teaspoon oil
• Salt to taste
• Oil to fry

For Chaat:

• 1 potato, diced and fried
• 50 g boiled green peas
• 1 tomato, deseeded and finely chopped
• 1 cucumber, deseeded and finely chopped
• 2 springs coriander leaves
• Salt to taste
• Chaat masala as required
• 3 tablespoon red chutney powder ( red chillies soaked and ground with salt )
• 4 tablespoon green chutney ( coriander mixed with green chillies and lemon and ground with salt )
• 5 tablespoon sweet chutney ( jaggery and tamarind pulp mixed together )
• Sev for decoration

Preparation

• For the Nimkis:
  Make a soft dough by mixing the refined flour, oil and salt. Roll out thin rotis. Cut into tiny nimkis. Fry and keep aside.
• For Chaat:
  Mix all the ingredients properly in perfect proportion with Nimki. Decorate with sev and chopped coriander leaves.
