2 -3oz Chesapeake Style Crab Cakes
Low in Fat & No Carbohydrates
Wild Caught “Blue Swimming” Crabs

Hand scooped, restaurant-quality crab cake made with large lump and backfin crabmeat. Cooking Instructions: Thaw crab cakes under refrigeration. Saute: Cook in saute pan with butter or oil approximately 3 minutes on each side over medium heat. Deep Fry: Cook in 350F oil until browned approximately 5 minutes. * if cooking crab cakes from frozen, cooking times will be longer to achieve the appropriate internal temperature; cook crab cakes to an internal temperature of 165 F.
