How to cook asparagus?

Preparation
- Clean your asparagus, cut the stringy part at the bottom of the asparagus and remove the small pimples present on the stem.
- Place the bunched asparagus (held vertically by a string, with the tops up) in a pan of cold salted water.
- When boiling again, count between 8 and 15 minutes of cooking depending on the size of your asparagus.
- When cooked, place them in a bowl of ice water to maintain their pretty green color and firmness, and you're done!

-How to cook asparagus in a saucepan?
You can simply pour a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter in a pan, add your asparagus and brown them for about ten minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
-Should the asparagus be peeled?
Regarding green asparagus, it is not necessary to peel them since they are more tender than white asparagus which must be peeled before cooking.
-What sauce to accompany asparagus?
Several sauces can go very well with asparagus, such as mousseline sauce, vinaigrette sauce, Hollandaise sauce and many more.
