-How to cook asparagus in a saucepan? You can simply pour a drizzle of olive oil or a knob of butter in a pan, add your asparagus and brown them for about ten minutes over low heat, stirring regularly.
-Should the asparagus be peeled? Regarding green asparagus, it is not necessary to peel them since they are more tender than white asparagus which must be peeled before cooking.
-What sauce to accompany asparagus? Several sauces can go very well with asparagus, such as mousseline sauce, vinaigrette sauce, Hollandaise sauce and many more. It can also be eaten with a drizzle of olive oil and salt flower, a treat!
