Chinese New Year goodies
Pineapple Tarts  Bought the pineapple filling a couple of days ago. as I dont wana go to the trouble of chopping/frying the pineapples. If only I had a maid at home, then I wouldn't get so uptight with washing up after baking! So, I began searching for a an easy recipe, hopped on to HappyHomeBaking and decided to use her recipe yet again! her recipes are always easy, foolproof and never fails (:  Mommy helped me with rolling the pineapple fillings. The tarts on the other hand, were pretty crumbly and required lots of patience. sat in front of the tv at the dining table, pressed out the tarts and it wasn't as easy as I thought for a first timer at these goodies! Dad and mum said they tasted great, shall try some again tmr! wanted to bake some valentine's day themed mini cakes with the new wilton valentines day products I splurged at biy the other day but I realised there's no more butter at home! TSKK. i simply hate scenarios like these. When motivation comes, something stops you. argh. major stocking up tmr!  related searches : Chinese
