There is a href="http://www.cobourgtourism.ca/Winter_Fest_-114668.html" target="_blank">winter festival in Coburg, Ontario during the month of February that IS free.

If you are living in or near this area, note the dates, February 5, 12, 19 and 21st, 2011. These events are on Saturdays so grab the family and spend a enjoyable day with your loved ones.

Some of the events include; fire jugglers(can you say “awesome”), musical ice-skating, and horsedrawn wagon rides. There is sure to be something for everybody at the href="http://www.cobourgtourism.ca/Winter_Fest_-114668.html" target="_blank">Coburg Winter Festival!!!
