Coffee Cheesecake Slices for Gemenians

Who ever came up with comparison "... as unpredictable as the weather", must have lived in New Zealand. Today's weather was just cuh-razy! Cold and blowy, rainy and wet, sunny and calm - all in one day. Who ever the Weather God is, sitting high up in the Heavens, must have been having some fun turning the knobs left and right through Winter - Spring - Summer - Fall. I imagine a Weather-God DJ sitting in a booth with weather knobs to twist and turn. Hail! Gale! Sun! Winds! My face hurts from the winds and it's all red and splotchy all around! Even Daniela, who is often times, unruffled by the weather gave out a loud yelp: *Mommy!!*, when the winds nearly blew her off her feet while walking from the supermarket to the car. Whew!



People say that Gemenis are like the weather... twin personalities, if not multiple. It is said that Gemeni people are very social and will talk your ears out with stories, be it true or false. Gemenians are the life of the party, always seeking out new acquaintances and yearning for adventure. I am a Gemeni - and I am none of the above. *Waahh!!*



This makes me wonder whether I was in fact born on the date I was said to have been born? There's something wrong. I don't fall into any one of the decriptions labeled upon Gemenians and it is disturbing enough give me a full-on complex! I am not like my fellow Gemenians!! Why?



Ok... so the truth is, I really don't give a hoot, But! Wait! I've got a But (and a good one at that!! harrrr!). My but? Here goes... these little slices are dee-vine!! Divine, divine, divine! Like a true Gemenian it is the life of the party. It's fusion of tastes and textures are the multiple personalities of the true Gemenian: interesting, sultry, oooh.. la... La with a capital L! It melts sweetly in your mouth... what's not to love then?
