Coffee Mug Cakes
Have you ever thought to yourself “I would really like something quick, easy and sweet” ? Well, here it is! INGREDIENTS 4 tbs gluten free flour mix 4 tbs sugar 2 tbs baking cocoa 1 egg 3 tbs coconut milk 3 tbs olive oil 3 tbs chocolate chips Chocolate syrup DIRECTIONS Oil the inside of a large mug. Add dry ingredients. Add egg and mix thoroughly. Pour in the milk and oil and mix well. Add chocolate chips. Mix well. Microwave 2 min on high. (Cake could rise over the top of the mug) Allow cake to cool. Drizzle with chocolate syrup. Variation: You can add1/4 tsp instant coffee to the milk. You can add 2 tbs butterscotch chips or 2 tbs peanut butter chips for a delicious change in flavour. Don?t forget to read the labels on all of your ingredients!
