Crab & Spinach Dip
1-9 ounce package of Creamed Spinach 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/3 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese 8 ounces of fresh lump crab meat, cleaned 3 green onions, chopped 2 teaspoons lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce Toasted baguette slices Tortilla chips
Thaw creamed spinach in microwave at MEDIUM (50% power) 5 to 6 minutes; set aside. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Spoon into a greased shallow 1-quart baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350° F for 20 to 25 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve with toasted baguette slices or tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups. related searches : Crab
