Crock Pot Beef Stroganoff
Ingredients: 1 lb stewing beef (or steak) 1 (10.75 oz.) can Cream of mushroom soup 1 (8 oz) container of mushrooms, sliced ½ medium sweet onion, chopped 1/3 cup water 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce ½ block cream cheese (4 oz.) In your crock pot, combine all ingredients except for the cream cheese. Cook on low for about 8 hours. Before serving, mix in cream cheese and cover for a few minutes until mixture warms through and cream cheese melts. Serve over pasta or rice.
