1/2 libra Grass Fed Ground
Beef
1/2
Onion
, Diced
1 tablespoon Minced
Garlic
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin
Olive Oil
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Cup, Diced Kimchi
1 tablespoon Garlic Chile Paste
Salt and Pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 415º degrees. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium/high and add the olive oil and sauté the onions until it softens.
Then add the garlic and sauté. Add the ground beef and cook until fully cooked through (you can drain some of the excess fat).
Add the kimchi and sesame oil and cook until kimchi softens then finally add the garlic chile paste and sauté.
Using your biscuit cutter cut the puff pastry and place on a lined baking sheet.
Add a spoonful of the beef and kimchi filling and then place another piece of cut puff pastry on top of the filling.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
