- Preheat your oven to 415º degrees. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium/high and add the olive oil and sauté the onions until it softens.
- Then add the garlic and sauté. Add the ground beef and cook until fully cooked through (you can drain some of the excess fat).
- Add the kimchi and sesame oil and cook until kimchi softens then finally add the garlic chile paste and sauté.
- Using your biscuit cutter cut the puff pastry and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Add a spoonful of the beef and kimchi filling and then place another piece of cut puff pastry on top of the filling.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
