Ingredients

Number of serving: 4
1/2 libra Grass Fed Ground Beef

1/2 Onion, Diced

1 tablespoon Minced Garlic

1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 teaspoon Sesame Oil

1 Cup, Diced Kimchi

1 tablespoon Garlic Chile Paste

Salt and Pepper to taste

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 415º degrees. Heat a stainless steel pan on medium/high and add the olive oil and sauté the onions until it softens.
  • Then add the garlic and sauté. Add the ground beef and cook until fully cooked through (you can drain some of the excess fat).
  • Add the kimchi and sesame oil and cook until kimchi softens then finally add the garlic chile paste and sauté.
  • Using your biscuit cutter cut the puff pastry and place on a lined baking sheet.
  • Add a spoonful of the beef and kimchi filling and then place another piece of cut puff pastry on top of the filling.
  • Bake for about 20 minutes or until the puff pastry is golden.
