An easy meal to prepare with some ground beef meatballs, spices and fresh herbs !

- In a tagine dish, heat some olive oil and stir in the chopped onions. Then, add the tomato pulp, dried herbs, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and cook at very low heat.
- Kefta :
Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika.
- Blend the onion + garlic + parsley + cilantro.
- Add the preparation to the ground beef and combine with your hands.
- Form some balls with the meat and place them in the tagine dish.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes at very low heat. Then, open the tagine dish and break the eggs.
- Cover the tagine dish and cook for about 8 minutes.
- There you are ! Your kefta tagine is ready !
