Preparation

  • Step 1 - Kefta tagine
    In a tagine dish, heat some olive oil and stir in the chopped onions. Then, add the tomato pulp, dried herbs, salt, pepper and cumin. Stir and cook at very low heat.
  • Step 2 - Kefta tagine
    Kefta :
    Put the ground beef in a bowl. Add salt, pepper, cumin and paprika.
  • Step 3 - Kefta tagine
    Blend the onion + garlic + parsley + cilantro.
  • Step 4 - Kefta tagine
    Add the preparation to the ground beef and combine with your hands.
  • Step 5 - Kefta tagine
    Form some balls with the meat and place them in the tagine dish.
  • Step 6 - Kefta tagine
    Cover and cook for 15 minutes at very low heat. Then, open the tagine dish and break the eggs.
  • Step 7 - Kefta tagine
    Cover the tagine dish and cook for about 8 minutes.
  • Step 8 - Kefta tagine
    There you are ! Your kefta tagine is ready !
