Dahi vada(perug gari)
Ingredients:- Vadas - 6 Curd- 1 cup beaten Water- 1/4 cup Salt to taste Chilli powder- 1/2 tbsp Thin Save(mixture)- 1/2 cup Water- 1 cup Mustard seeds- 1/4 tbsp Green chillis- 2 chopped Dry red chillis- 3 pieces Zeera- 1/2 tbsp Curry leaves- 5 count Oil- 1 tbsp Procedure:- 1-First take the vadas and dip them in the 1 cup of water so they turn soft and the oil comes out from vadas . Dont dip for more time they may break. 2-Now take the curd and beat it properly and add 1/4 cup of water dont make too watery it should be medium thick now add salt in it and mix well. curd beaten 3-Now take a pan add oil heat it and add the mustard seeds, zeera, green chillis, red chillis curry leaves and fry until the mustard seeds splutter. 4-Now add the tempering and in the curd and also add the vadas in it and soak it for 2 hours and have them. 5-Now before serving them just sprikle the save(mixture)and chilli powder for rich taste. related searches : Dahi
