Easter Cupcakes

Last year, I made Easter Chick cupcakes. This year, I decided to make cupcakes with the candy that was my favorite Easter candy as a kid….Cadbury Mini Eggs. The cupcakes are Pillsbury Funfetti flavor with Whipped Buttercream frosting. I topped them with Edible Easter Grass. This stuff is pretty crazy. It comes in several different colors and flavors. I went with the green color which is green apple flavored. You can also get pink or yellow grass, which are strawberry and lemon flavored. These cupcakes are easy and fun to make. If you don’t want to give the edible grass a try, you can use some coconut that has been dyed green instead.
